MANAGEMENT  PROFILE

Management at Naess is hand-on. It consists of well-seasoned professionals dedicated to ensuring all crewing matters are efficiently executed to satisfy customer and international requirements. Naess Directors have first-hand experience of crewing many types of vessels, securing seafarers from different countries and evaluating their performance to ensure they meet the exacting standards required.

Based on computerised planned maintenance systems, the operation and and condition of each vessel is closely monitored, provided cost effective maintenance and keeping down-time to a minimum. Vessels operated by Naess enjoys a record of average 357 days operating days per year. Naess has connections and agreements with major ship-yards all over the world, giving the customer the best quality at the right price.

The early adoption of an ISO 9000 management system demonstrates Naess commitment to providing clients with a quality
service and that Naess does not wait for standards to be imposed. Compliance with International Conventions, Flag and, Port State and Client requirements are fundamental to our thinking.

Through our combined, yet totally autonomous, skill and resource bases, owners can receive the same diversity of service, they expect from a large management concern while still being guaranteed the very personal attention  offered by smaller ship managers.
